Q: What exactly am I buying?

You are buying Exit Popunders, the most popular form of Internet advertising. The same process that is used by the Internet's largest, most successful advertisers. We have a huge network of member websites (over 20,000+) that will display the ads that you purchase from us whenever a visitor goes to one of our network sites. For emails it can either a banner ad in a member's email, or a solo mailing where the only content is the text ad.

Q: How does the process work?

We have an agreement with 20,000+ high-traffic webmasters who agree to show our advertising pages (your web page) when their visitors leave or 'exit' their site.

Q: What if the visitor has installed a popup blocker?

No problem. A visit does not count until your page is displayed on their screen for at least 8 seconds. So if the popunder is blocked, it won't count as a visitor.

Q: Is there a danger of being accused of Spamming?

No. SPAM involves advertising directly through e-mail. Our popunder program, and ANY traffic we generate, is only sent to websites that have given their express permission.

Q: How can I be sure the visitors are REALLY delivered?

A couple of different ways. You will receive your own log-in which will allow you to view and to control your own campaign. Stats are always available and you can slow down, speed up, or even pause your campaign over the weekend, if you wanted to.

Secondly, the raw logs from your server will display all of the visitors to your site. Please note: Third-party webcounters displayed on your page are notoriously inaccurate and cannot be used for verification purposes.

Q: But what if a webmaster cheats and keeps refreshing a page?

Firstly, we are extremely vigilant in monitoring all system activity by our members and keep a close watch 24 hours a day. However, even if that were to happen, it would not affect you individually because your page (popunder) will never be sent to the same IP address (computer) more than once in any 24-hour period.

Q: Do you guarantee that I will make more sales?

No, the guarantee that we provide,  promises only to deliver the number of visitors that were paid for.

Furthermore, since we have no control of the product, its pricing, or the advertising format, no such sales guarantee could exist. We will get the visitors to your site, it is up to you to make the sale.

Q: Can I send ANY type of page to receive visitors?

Almost. NO Adult pages. Also, your page cannot contain another popunder or background noise/music/talking.

Q: What will help make my ad more effective?

For popunders, we always suggest designing a brand new page just for the pop ad. Get people interested in your product by using catchy headlines, bright colors, but most of all you need a product that everyone wants. Don't make the viewer have to scroll up to figure out what you're selling. You'll be front and center on their screen--make it work to your best advantage. Try and capture their email address by offering something for free.

Q: What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy states that we issue refunds for non-delivery on a pro-rata basis. Since we pay webmasters for traffic that has been delivered, we only give refunds on traffic that has not been sent.

Also, if you should find a shortfall, we will usually ask for your raw logs to check it out. For example, let's say your page is inaccessible for a few hours, or even a day, because your service provider is performing routine maintenance. Instead of your page displaying, it will show a file not found (404) but still count as a visitor. If you know, or are informed that, your system will be down you should immediately pause your campaign.
